Support Information

For support levels and priorities see our support information page. Existing customers who are enrolled in a maintenance program are eligible for support. The program provides for: 

  • Responding to technical, architectural and use case queries. Can be required if adding new functionality or upskilling new people in the technology. 
  • Issuing of additional licenses that may be required if changing your deployment infrastructure or Salesforce instances.
  • Product updates typically required if you upgrade Sitecore or need new features.
