S4S now includes Push Visitor Analytics, a very powerful feature to help you qualify Salesforce leads or contacts created from your Sitecore website. This feature tracks the behavior of anonymous visitors and then surface that information in Salesforce after the lead has become known.

Sitecore DMS provides marketers with a huge range of analytics, automation, and personalization information. This information is collected as visitors navigate the website and stored in the Sitecore Analytics database. The S4S Push Visitor Analytics feature collects and exposes this information in Salesforce when visitors fill out a lead form on the website.

The granular information that appears in Salesforce is invaluable for qualifying leads:

  • Website goal score
  • List of goals reached
  • Number of pages visited
  • Actual pages visited
  • Duration on each page
  • Date of visit
  • Visitor IP

Website forms can be rapidly created and mapped directly to a Salesforce lead or contact records with the S4S Mapping Wizard. Alternatively, any custom forms can call the functionality directly to share the information in Salesforce.
