Scope of Support

Existing customers enrolled in a maintenance program are eligible for the following support: 

• Responses to technical, architectural, and use case queries
• Training on new functionality or upskilling new people in the technology
• Issuing of additional licenses that may be required if changing your deployment infrastructure or Salesforce instances
• Product updates are typically required if you upgrade a system or need new features
• Installation or upgrade help via online meetings 

Holidays

Our support team will be available during New Zealand business throughout the year except for public holidays. As always, email inquiries can be submitted at any time.
