Any item on a web page can be enabled for a clickthrough link. The link URL is populated from a field in the visitor's Salesforce record. This allows different visitors to be directed to different endpoints e.g. A regular customer might be directed to an FAQ page whereas a business partner would be directed to a login page. When the visitor clicks the item, the target page opens the link in a new tab or window.
